   • The modification must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any other items that were included with the purchase.

2. Return Process:

   • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@chronoparts.eu within 30 days of receiving your item. Provide your order number and the reason for your return.

   • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the necessary instructions for returning the product.

3. Return Shipping:

   • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return reaches us safely.

4. Refunds:

   • After the returned item is inspected and deemed to meet the return conditions, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

5. Non-returnable Items:

   • Please note that customized or modified products, or items that are damaged due to misuse, cannot be returned.
